is based in Vancouver, BC and provides Home and Commercial Building Inspection Services
throughout the Lower Mainland. The
owner, Mike Woodbridge, became a registered architect in 1987 in England.
Mike retrained and qualified as an
inspector after moving to Vancouver, and now helps teach two House
Inspection courses at BCIT. Mike’s clients benefit from his calm, thoughtful,
thorough and conscientious approach, together with his 20+ years experience as a
professional in the construction industry.
Woodbridge Inspection Inc.
produces clear, concise and informative assessments of individual family houses,
other residential and commercial buildings for both potential buyers and existing
owners. Reports
are typically given to the client
on site immediately after the inspection. Photos with additional
comments are used to highlight particular items, and are sent to the
client within 24 hours. Mike takes time with each client to ensure
that findings are made easy to understand.

construction. Reports are guaranteed to be impartial and to meet or exceed
industry standards.
