• I loved the binder, which included photos and the written report.  It was very informative and I plan to show it to our strata to make sure your concerns - now mine - are dealt with, e.g.- window caulking!!!  The binder was well organized with colour coded tabs clearing labelling each part of the home inspection.  The pictures help to clarify terminology and the rating system provides the owner with a good understanding of current and possible future problems.  Your architectural background provides you with a good foundation to look at the entire structure, even when problems are not always visually apparent.  Your attention to details, confidence, and precise use of language provided me with a clear understanding of what I was getting into when purchasing this condo.
